About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Virtual Legal Receptionist to be the voice of the firm and the administrative support behind it. From your home office, you will answer and route every call in English and Spanish, triage callers,



schedule consultations and hearings, and keep MyCase, our case management system, current. Beyond the phones, you carry the legal secretary work that keeps four practice areas moving: formatting and proofreading correspondence and standard documents, maintaining attorney and department calendars, organizing client files, and tracking the reminders and deadlines assigned by department leads.

This is a non-attorney role. You will not give legal advice or set case strategy; you will make sure the people who do are organized, informed, and never surprised.
