About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and process-minded Operations Lead to oversee the daily execution of our remote team and ensure core business processes run seamlessly and consistently.

In this role, you will spot operational friction, refine workflows, track key performance metrics, and ensure deliverables progress smoothly without friction or delay. This position is perfect for someone who instinctively identifies potential issues before they escalate and excels at converting informal or inconsistent tasks into structured, repeatable systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations Management: Direct day-to-day operations across remote departments, ensuring critical workflows, core priorities, and team deliverables hit targets accurately and on schedule.
- Operational Visibility: Maintain clear oversight of active projects, pending tasks, team dependencies, and potential bottlenecks that could affect business performance.
- Risk Identification & Escalation: Catch operational risks early and escalate complex issues to leadership alongside relevant context, business impact, and actionable recommendations.
- SOP & Workflow Compliance: Drive consistent alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and operational guidelines across all teams.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor department KPIs, operational reports,



and execution trends to pinpoint areas requiring performance intervention or resource re-allocation.
- Process Optimization: Refine and redesign operational workflows to eliminate redundant effort, reduce errors, strengthen accountability, and maximize overall output.
- Change Impact Assessment: Evaluate the downstream effects of proposed process updates on team workload, timelines, department dependencies, and culture prior to rollout.
- Ownership & Accountability: Define clear ownership across operational processes, ensuring team members understand their roles and maintain consistent follow-through.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of demonstrated experience in operations and team leadership.
- Solid understanding of workflow architecture, SOP creation, KPI tracking, and accountability frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a practical, decision-focused mindset.
