The Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our Sales team. We are looking for someone with a genuine commercial spirit: an individual who truly enjoys the art of selling, thrives on achieving targets, and possesses the expertise to manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.





Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage commercial opportunities across our private vineyards, winery, and luxury resort & spa.
Lead Management: Execute consistent follow-ups with prospective international clients, prepare tailored commercial proposals, and maintain accurate records within our CRM.
Client Experience: Coordinate exclusive site visits and premium tastings, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Hospitality teams to ensure a seamless, high-end customer journey from pre- to post-sale.
Reporting: Monitor pipeline progress and provide periodic reports on sales metrics and results.

Requirements
Sales Expertise: Proven track record in high-value sales (Real Estate, Wine Industry, Luxury Tourism, Investments, or premium services), with a demonstrated ability to close deals and a strong goal-oriented mindset.
Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiatio
