Ciklum is looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Argentina.

About The Role

As a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow. You will build and ship LLM-powered agents, design evaluations, and integrate systems while maintaining high quality and guardrails.

Responsibilities

Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows on the paved path (templates, pipeline, guardrails)
Write and run evals for everything built; ensure no system ships without passing its suite
Integrate with GoodRx systems and data sources; instrument for cost and quality telemetry




Pair with business users to iterate quickly inside bounded scopes
Coach/supervise team members on prompt engineering, context management, and LLM best practices

Requirements

Software Design:
Deep understanding of agentic architectures, RAG systems, tool-use design, and context engineering
Experience designing reliable LLM workflows and prompt strategies that survive real-world contact with users
Software Development:
8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2.5+ years building LLM applications in production
Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with excellent API craftsmanship
Ships fast without skipping safety, quality, or operational guardrails
Quality Assurance:
Non-negotiable ability to write and run rigorous LLM evaluations (evals) as a core part of the build pr
