About the Role

We are hiring a full-time HR Assistant / HR Technician to own the people operations of a growing bilingual law firm: recruiting coordination and first-round interviews, hiring paperwork and system access, onboarding of new team members,



the performance-review calendar, and accurate, confidential personnel records. This is a hands-on, process-driven role for someone who is highly proficient with computer systems, Google Workspace, and modern AI tools, and who keeps every candidate, new hire, and review moving on schedule.

This is a non-attorney role. Hiring, compensation, and personnel decisions are made by the VP of Operations and the Firm Director; you run the process that gets them there.
