THE ROLE
- More specifically, you will:_
- Proactively monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning solutions to optimize query response times and system throughput.
- Collaborate with software engineers and tech leads to review query designs and schema changes, ensuring efficiency and scalability prior to deployment.
- Lead the implementation of patches, upgrades, and migrations with mínimal downtime, including backup/recovery strategies, high-availability setups, and disaster recovery testing.
- Leverage AI-assisted tooling and automation to streamline monitoring, root cause analysis, and operational workflows.
