Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain performance test scripts using K6 and/or Apache JMeter.
- Perform load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing.- Collaborate with development, DevOps, SRE, and architecture teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support shift-left quality practices.




- Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for system optimization.- Support root cause analysis for performance-related incidents in non-production and production environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with K6 and/or Apache JMeter.- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.- Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST, TCP/IP, caching, and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL and database performance analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk
