Requisites and Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in Telecommunications, Networking, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
- Experience in Technical Support, Field Service, Network Support, or Telecommunications.
- Knowledge of communication and networking equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting network or communication equipment.
- ISP industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with PON/GPON/EPON or optical network equipment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and visit customer sites.
- English proficiency is required.
