Main Purpose:The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining short
- and mid-term production plans for the Glyphosate manufacturing plant. This role ensures optimal utilization of plant capacity, raw materials, labor, and logistics resources while meeting customer demand, safety standards, and inventory targets.
You will act as the key interface between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality, ensuring that production plans are feasible and aligned with operational constraints and commercial priorities.
Your Mission Will Be To:
- Operational Execution: Ensure the production and material plans are executed efficiently within the short-term horizon (current month up to 120 days) to deliver finished goods on time, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and inventory targets.
- Planning & Scheduling: Take ownership of MRP and Production Plan scheduling. Define and communicate the weekly production schedule by SKU.
- Coordination: Lead the weekly Production Program meeting and gen
