The Business Development team is responsible for leading these partnerships, working closely with colleagues across Netflix to deliver efficient and impactful outcomes for Netflix and our partners.

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional with 10+ years of experience who is passionate about entertainment and has a proven track record of building high-value, long-lasting regional partnerships.



This role will report to the VP of Partnerships and Business Development for LATAM and will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow partnerships with ISPs, Pay TV operators, and mobile carriers across the aforementioned markets in the Southern Cone—identifying new opportunities and deepening existing relationships.
- Own the full lifecycle of partnership development : analyze opportunities, lead negotiations, structure deals, and make commercial decisions in close collaboration with internal experts.
- Develop and communicate partnership strategy, enabling cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Network Operations) to align and prioritize efforts that maximize growth and efficiency.
