In this role, you'll have the opportunity to ship impactful small-to-medium features independently while actively strengthening our codebase. You will partner fluidly across Product, QA, and Design to turn ideas into seamless, high-performing software that powers the landlord-tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Feature Ownership & Delivery: Manage and deliver small-to-medium features independently, ensuring they ship fast, match business intent, and remain healthy in production.
- Engineering Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code independently and follow established guidelines while proactively suggesting improvements to our team's coding standards.
- Quality & Peer Review:



Participate actively in code reviews to preserve our team's high quality bar and minimize rework through disciplined self-testing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with Product Managers, QA, and Designers without prompting, surfacing friction points early to ensure clean handoffs.
- AI-Accelerated Workflows: Harness modern AI workflows to maximize feature delivery velocity and generate thorough test paths, critically evaluating all outputs against team standards.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of software development experience with a strong track record of shipping production code.
- Backend Mastery: Proficiency in JavaScript (both browser and Node.js). Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, and ORMs like Sequelize is a plus.
- Frontend Expertise: Solid understanding of React.js, core React principles, and CSS proficiency.
