We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Activation to lead the customization and execution of integrated marketing and brand activation programs across customers and channels. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, responsible for translating brand strategies, global and regional assets, and Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) plans into high‑impact customer activations that drive business results.

What You’ll Do for Us:
Customer & Market Activation Execution:
- Lead execution of customer and channel activation programs aligned to brand, category, and business priorities.
- Customize and implement integrated marketing and asset activation plans across customer, channel, and shopper touchpoints.
- Ensure activation plans deliver against key objectives including volume, revenue, visibility, and brand equity.




- Bring general and regional brand assets to life through locally relevant, customer‑ready executions.

Integrated Marketing & IMX Delivery:
- Coordinate activation across IMX touchpoints including POS, packaging, promotions, experiential, digital, social, and local media.
- Partner with Marketing, IMX, Media, Shopper, and Frontline teams to ensure cohesive execution across the consumer and customer journey.
- Ensure all activation elements are consistent with brand strategy, guidelines, and communication frameworks.

Asset & Partnership Activation:
- Execute activation plans that maximize the value of marketing assets, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Leverage assets across multiple platforms including retail, on‑premise, experiential, PR, and digital.
- Steward asset usage in line with Company policies, brand standards, and contractual guidelines.

Agency & Partner Coordination:
- Develop
