We are looking for a part-time (15 hrs/week) Retail Marketing Assistant. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Retail Marketing team in product seeding and day-to-day operational needs across 120+ retail locations.

The position will report to the Manager, Retail Marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end high-volume requests and workflows including order placement, tracking, and delivery coordination for stores, partners, and internal stakeholders with a high level of accuracy and within a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Support team with retail store, vendor and guest communication.
- Track and manage multiple inbound marketing requests.
- Act as the central point of contact for all product fulfillment status updates.
- Identify process gaps and recommend efficiencies to streamline workflows.

Required Skills:




- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (written & oral)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy with data entry
- Ability to stay organized and able to juggle multiple requests and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset; able to flag issues and propose next steps and resolutions with mínimal oversight.

Pay: From $969,442.00 per month
