To support belo’s growth across LatAm, we’re looking for an Accounting Lead to own and scale the holding’s accounting function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and solid foundations for the business.

What You'll Do:
- Own the accounting process and strategy for the holding company.
- Partner with external accounting and tax advisors across the countries where we operate.
- Consolidate multi-entity, multi-country financial statements, keeping them accurate, consistent, and scalable.




- Lead and coordinate external audits for the holding company.
- Design and execute the tax strategy, supporting business growth while ensuring proper accounting and tax treatment.
- Keep accounting and tax matters aligned with local and international requirements, supporting the team as new rules come into play.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of accounting and tax processes across the holding.
- Be an active part of Forecast & Planning (F&P;), working closely with Finance and driving improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, leading the accounting perspective and optimizing existing processes.
- Raise the bar for the holding’s accounting, setting high standards for quality and execution.
