We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant with strong experience in construction accounting to support financial operations across multiple projects.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, experienced in industry-specific processes, and comfortable working with project teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project-level accounting, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Monitor project costs, job costing, and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure budgets and financials are aligned
- Handle accounts payable and receivable related to construction projects
- Reconcile accounts and ensure timely month-end close processes
- Support compliance with contract terms and financial requirements

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction accounting
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks




- Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
- Strong understanding of job costing and project-based accounting
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have
- Experience working with U.S.based construction companies
- Familiarity with lien waivers, retainage, and subcontractor billing
- Advanced Excel skills
