We are looking for an Influencer Operations Assistant. The main purpose of this position is to support Influencer Relations team in product gifting and tracking influencer deliverables.

The position will report to the Director, Influencer Marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Fulfill high-volume of product orders with a high level of accuracy and within a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Monitor influencers’ social channels and utilize social tracking tools to ensure all content meets requirements and FTC standards.
- Track influencers that violate FTC guidelines and communicate changes needed.
- Download and organize influencers’ assets to share among internal teams.
- Support team with influencer communication.

Required Skills:




- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (written & oral)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy with data entry
- Ability to stay organized and able to juggle multiple requests and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and social media platforms

Pay: From $1,800,392.00 per month
