We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Webflow Analyze team, our group focused on building analytics and conversion products. In this role, you'll guide the development of scalable features that deliver actionable insights and key metrics about Webflow site traffic and user behavior, helping our customers make smarter, faster decisions.

we're serving some of the world's largest enterprises and rethinking what a modern, AI-native conversion platform can be. This is a player-coach role, you'll spend roughly 20-30% of your time hands-on in the codebase alongside your team, and the rest growing engineers, shaping technical direction, and partnering across product, design, and data.

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
