IT Onsite Technician:

Your skills:
- Entry-level experience or up to 2 years in IT support, help desk, or desktop support
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and end-user systems
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between client sites
- Understanding of basic hardware components and peripherals
- Ability to follow processes, document work, and learn quickly
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus

Your tasks:
- Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Log, track, and update tickets using standard ticketing systems




- Support installations, configurations, and device setups
- Assist with deployments, rollouts, and user onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and documentation
- Escalate complex issues to L2 or senior technicians
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
