Sales Closer

What You’ll Do
- Drive new opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting
- Convert inbound leads from calls, forms, and chats into booked services
- Keep CRM notes accurate and follow up consistently until win/loss
- Deliver an excellent customer experience, educating clients on pest, termite, and wildlife services
- Achieve and exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and conversion rates

Must-Have Skills
- Advanced English (C1+), clear phone presence, mínimal accent
- Proven success in outbound/inbound sales with high activity levels
- Strong follow-up discipline & CRM accuracy
- Availability for weekend rotations & extended evening coverage
- Long-term commitment & stability

Nice-to-Have
- Background in home services (pest control, HVAC, cable/Internet, etc.)
- Track record of high commissions in dual inbound/outbound environments
