Growth Marketing Lead (Remote - LATAM):
Salary: USD $2,700 - 3,400 + Health Insurance Bonus (~USD $100/month)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
️ PTO: 10 days per year (accrual basis) | U.S. Holidays Off
Payments: Bi-weekly

This role will be responsible for building and optimizing scalable marketing systems that support property occupancy, investor engagement, and long-term portfolio growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a technology-forward real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s investment and portfolio growth goals
