Main Responsibilities:




- Recepción de llamadas telefónicas entrantes ofreciendo un servicio eficaz y de alta calidad a los socios Corporate, según los procesos establecidos por American Express y las regulaciones vigentes.
- Brindar a los clientes un servicio de excelencia haciendo un uso eficaz de la información para alcanzar objetivos establecidos.
- Realizar seguimiento de los casos manejados para lograr la resolución completa y definitiva de los mismos.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Tener nível de Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)
- Amplia flexibilidad horaria
- Marcada vocación de servicio al cliente y perfil comercial.
- Poseer experiência previa en atención a clientes es deseable.
- Experiência en manejo de sistemas operativos.
- Habilidad para realizar tareas simultáneas de atención telefónica y gestión de sistemas.
- Orientación a resultados
