About the Opportunity
CCI Group is looking for an experienced Interpreting Operations Coordinator to provide remote independent contractor support to our Interpreting Department and senior operations team.
This opportunity is specifically intended for professionals located outside of the United States. Candidates may be based internationally but must be able to consistently provide support during CCI Group's primary operating hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
If you know interpreting, you know there is rarely such a thing as a completely predictable day. An interpreter becomes unavailable. A client sends an urgent request. A hard-to-fill language lands in the queue. An invoice needs clarification. Three assignments need coverage at the same time. Somehow, all the pieces still need to come together accurately, professionally, and with a great experience for our clients and interpreting resources.
That’s where you come in.




We’re looking for someone who already understands the language services industry and can independently support interpreting operations, including scheduling, interpreter recruitment, resource communication, documentation, and invoice review.
What You’ll Support
As an Interpreting Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating interpreting assignments across multiple clients and projects.
Identifying and assigning qualified interpreters based on language, location, availability, credentials, experience, modality, and client-specific requirements.
Recruiting and sourcing new interpreters, particularly for hard-to-fill languages, geographic areas, and specialized assignments.
Communicating regularly with interpreters regarding availability, assignment details, confirmations, changes, documentation, and project requirements.
Maintaining accurate assignments, interpreter profiles, notes, documentation, and schedul
