services to all its customers through a Fiber to the Home (FTTH)
network. IPLAN is currently looking for a Head of Digital Channel
Development . The mission of this role will be to lead the
transformation of self-service channels (Web, App, and WhatsApp) ,
driving the migration of transactions toward more efficient digital
environments, maximizing conversion, and generating a direct impact
on both customer experience and business growth. Responsibilities




Develop and execute sales strategies across digital self-service
channels. Define and implement the roadmap for features focused on
conversion and sales. Continuously monitor the self-service
journey, identifying opportunities for optimization (CRO). Design
simple and intuitive purchasing flows in collaboration with
Marketing. Implement transactional and conversational flows on
WhatsApp, including chatbots and AI. Prioritize business
requirements and translate them into user stories. Define and
report key KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and incorporate the voice of
the customer (NPS). Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing,
Sales, and IT teams. Key Performance Indicator Achieve 30% of the
business unit’s sales through self-service channels . What are we

channels, e-commerce platforms, or apps within service-based
