Customer service representative to provide support for Payments Team LATAM
Search for Proof of Payments in Banks System and provide the documentation to suppliers and internal clients.
Responsible for documenting payments and ensuring customer service related to payments in different geographies within Latin America
Provide support recording and processing payments for bills, taxes and other transactions, having into account Accenture internal Policies to be in compliance.
Assists in data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist to resolve issues/problems (standard and non-standard).
Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work

Qualifications:

Advanced English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
Student of Finance, Economics, Business Administration (Nice to have)
Proactive and results seeker
Provide a top-quality service in all customer interactions
Good judgement, decision making and excellent communication skills
