About The Role

What You'll Do

- Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a diverse range of topics and scenarios
- Rate and evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
- Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or potential bias
- Design creative, challenging, and edge-case prompts to stress-test AI behavior
- Document your findings clearly using structured feedback forms and rating rubrics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are





- Naturally curious with a genuine interest in exploring different ideas and topics
- Able to evaluate response quality objectively and critically
- Strong written communication skills — clear, concise, and precise
- Comfortable using everyday chat-based digital interfaces
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow structured guidelines
- No technical background or prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
- A knack for spotting subtle errors or inconsistencies in written content
