Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking an Outbound Sales Closer / Appointment Setter for our fast growing Capital Advisory Program. This role focuses on generating, qualifying, and converting opportunities through outbound, inbound, and social channels.

It is a high-performance, revenue-driven position with strong earning potential and growth into a closing role.

Job Responsibilities
Perform high-volume outbound outreach via calls, texts, emails, and Linked In
Prospect into SMB owners, tax professionals, realtors, and service-based businesses
Qualify leads based on credit, revenue, and intent
Book high-quality strategy calls for the sales team
Execute aggressive follow-up on aged and inbound leads
Conduct social engagement and direct message outreach on Instagram and Linked In
Support light content execution, including posting, commenting, and replying
Manage and maintain pipeline within CRM (Hub Spot or equivalent)
Track activity and performance metrics consistently





Develop skills to grow into a full closing role

Requirements
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience
Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot or GHL preferred)
Experience with social media outreach and direct messaging

Experience working in high-volume, performance-driven environments

Skills Or Competencies
Clear and confident communication skills
Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously
