Pay: $2,500/month - $3,500/month

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 am EST to 5 pm EST.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to assist our growing marketing team.

As a key member of our digital marketing efforts, you will be responsible for assisting our team in executing Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns. This is a remote position, requiring excellent spoken and written English, as well as a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

- Management of negative keyword lists
- Refinement of audience targeting to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effectiveness
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance





Qualifications:

- Proven experience (3 years) managing and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant marketing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection is a must

Bonus Points:

- Experience with Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Google Ads certifications
