Position Overview

We are seeking an eager and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist – Automation & Funnels to help manage our digital communication funnels.

In this role, you will support email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to guide clients smoothly from their first inquiry to case completion. You will help build automated emails, organize contact lists, create simple intake forms, and connect tools like Typeform, Leadpages and Salesforce under the guidance of the Marketing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation & Journey Building

- Help build and test basic automated workflows (such as lead follow-ups and consultation reminders).
- Support multi-channel communication across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Assist with A/B testing (comparing different subject lines or send times) to see what clients prefer.
- Assist with our monthly newsletter and similar initiatives.

Lead Capture & Client Intake Optimization

- Build and update interactive intake forms using Typeform.
- Assist in creating simple landing pages for various immigration services.
- Help check that lead information moves correctly from web forms into our database.

CRM, Data & Segmentation





- Assist in managing our marketing platform and keeping data clean in Salesforce or similar legal CRM tools.
- Help maintain list hygiene and follow basic privacy rules like CAN-SPAM.
- Help group audiences by basic categories like case type or language preference.

Analytics & Reporting

- Pull weekly and monthly reports on open rates, click rates, and consultation bookings.
- Review basic funnel steps to see where leads slow down and share ideas with the team.
- Familiarity with GA and BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, email automation, or CRM support (experience in a professional services or legal office is a plus).
- Core Software Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs, plus basic automation tools like Zapier or ActiveCampaign.
- Technical Skills: Basic comfort with conditional-logic forms (Typeform) and standard landing page builders.
- Channel Understanding: Basic knowledge of email and SMS marketing.
- Communication Style: High empathy, strong attention to detail, and strict respect for client privacy.
- Work Environment: Ability to stay organized and productive while working independently in a remote setting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

- HTML coding.
- Advanced Salesforce tools (Marketing Intelligence).
- Proficient in Portuguese.
- Experience with Restream, Zoom Webinars, or similar live-streaming and webinar platforms.
