ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
This person also brings AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce into production, improving sales and service workflows across the platform.
Strong grasp of Salesforce security, integrations, and platform performance rounds out the role.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
- Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.
- Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Optimize platform performance, maintain code quality, and enforce secure development practices.
- Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to code reviews, release planning,



and technical documentation.MUST HAVES- 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
- Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
- Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Experience with DevOps Center, Copado, Git-based workflows, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with platform events, event-driven design, and enterprise integration patterns.
