Remote position available for candidates based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, CABA, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza.

Each of our development teams includes software engineers, analysts, and QA engineers who collaborate from the very first stage of feature design to release. As a QA Engineer, you'll be an integral part of one of these teams, ensuring that the features we deliver are robust, reliable, and aligned with our high-quality standards.
Your work will be crucial in maintaining the balance between innovation and stability, enabling the team to build a product that our customers can trust.
Your challenges and objectives:
- Gain a full understanding of your team's product area, specifications, and architecture.
- Develop a deep knowledge of our complex and highly configurable platform.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and analysts to ensure new features and fixes meet quality expectations.
- Add value to the development lifecycle from the early planning stages.
- Help strengthen our QA mindset across the team.
- Contribute to delivering a reliable and scalable product to our customers.
Your day-to-day activities:
- Perform functional and integration testing of new features, bug fixes, and refactors.
- Define test cases, design test suites, and ensure proper test coverage.
- Analyze reported issues, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with software engineers to identify root causes.
- Provide feedback on requirements and technical documentation.
- Promote and apply QA best practices within your team.
- Work in Linux environments, using tools and logs to investigate application behavior.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within your development cell.
About you:
- Experienced in functional testing and defect analysis within complex systems.
- Able to read and understand code (PHP is desired).
- Experience with templating tools like Twig or Blade is a nice-to-have.
- Organized and analytical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Comfortable working closely with software engineers and analysts, translating technical issues into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with automation or scripting is a plus.
- Brings prior professional experience in QA and a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.
