Social Media Creative StrategistFreelance | Remote | Part-Time

We are looking for a bilingual Social Media Creative Strategist (Advanced English and Spanish speaker) who understands how to turn personal brands into content people want to watch, read, share and follow on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

This role is specifically focused on personal brands, founders, executives and entrepreneurs. We are looking for someone who understands how to market a person: their ideas, expertise, personality, values, projects and point of view.

What you'll do

- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for our clients on Instagram, LinkedIn, YT, TT, etc.
- Identify emerging Instagram trends, formats, hooks and references with viral potential.
- Adapt successful references and formats to very different client niches without simply copying them.
- Create original storytelling around founders, executives and their businesses.
- Understand what works in B2B and LinkedIn, while bringing the creativity and speed of Instagram into that environment.
- Research industries, audiences, competitors, trends and cultural conversations to find fresh content opportunities.
- Develop ideas for Reels, carousels, static content, long-form posts, podcasts and other formats.
- Write strong hooks, scripts, captions and copy.
- Turn interviews, conversations, experiences and business insights into compelling stories.
- Create clear creative briefs for designers and video editors.
- Help each client develop a recognizable content style and stronger personal brand.

Who we're looking for

You should have

- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level)
- Proven experience creating content for personal brands, founders,



entrepreneurs or executives, not simply commercial brands.
- A strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, and what makes content spread.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and B2B audiences.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting ability.
- Good visual judgment. You don't need to be a designer, but you should know what good creative looks like and be able to brief designers effectively.
- Familiarity with podcasts and the ability to identify content opportunities from long-form conversations.
- Curiosity about business and the ability to understand different industries quickly.
- The ability to move between strategy and execution: from identifying an opportunity to turning it into a specific content concept.

The kind of experience we're interested inWe're particularly interested in people who have helped individuals build audiences around their expertise, stories and ideas.

Your portfolio should ideally show personal-brand content and demonstrate your thinking behind the creative: the reference, insight, hook, adaptation and final execution.

Working arrangementThis is a remote freelance role, initially working with 2 clients, with the opportunity to expand the scope over time.

- Approximately 3 hours per day
- Versátil schedule, with agreed daily availability
- Initial commitment: 4–6 months
- Monthly budget: USD 500
- Potential to grow into a larger role as the client portfolio expands

We are looking for someone who spends enough time on social media to understand what is happening before a format feels overused, while also having the business judgement to know which trends make sense for a CEO, founder or executive.
