Spanish/Portuguese-Speaking Livestream Supervisors

Two Positions | Remote from Argentina

- Location: Remote, but candidates must currently live in Argentina
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities
- Vacancies: Two separate positions
- Compensation: USD 500 per person, per month
- Schedule: Nine-hour shift per working day
- Languages: Spanish or Portuguese, plus professional English

Two positions available

City Explorer is recruiting two different people:

1. One Spanish-Speaking Livestream Supervisor
2. One Portuguese-Speaking Livestream Supervisor

Candidates only need to speak Spanish or Portuguese, not both.

The Spanish-speaking supervisor will support our operations across Spanish-speaking South America. The Portuguese-speaking supervisor will support our operations in Argentina.

About the role

City Explorer is a integral platform connecting people and cultures through authentic livestreaming experiences.

You will coordinate coaches, monitor livestream quality, identify recurring problems and ensure our Explorers and Drivers receive clear and consistent guidance.

Main responsibilities

- Monitor livestream quality and performance
- Coordinate and support coaches
- Communicate with Explorers and Drivers in Spanish or Portuguese
- Provide constructive feedback
- Identify and follow up on technical or operational problems
- Support onboarding and training
- Prepare quality and performance reports




- Escalate serious issues to management
- Remain available throughout the assigned nine-hour shift

Requirements

- Currently residing in Argentina
- Advanced or native Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese
- Professional English proficiency
- Available for a nine-hour shift
- Experience in leadership, supervision, coaching or coordination
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer

Experience in livestreaming, digital media, customer support, broadcasting or remote operations will be valued.
