We are looking for a driven actuarial professional eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a general actuarial hub supporting our different businesses through data-driven analysis, pricing, reserving, planning, forecasting, and reinsurance management.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze data and technical results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Propose improvements and assess the impact of different projected scenarios.
- Perform rate adequacy analysis and support the preparation of fee schedules in accordance with local regulations.
- Develop pricing for new businesses and products.
- Monitor profitability against estimated pricing and business plans.
- Calculate IBNR reserves in accordance with local regulations and management policies.
- Analyze the adequacy of reserves for pending claims.
- Support the preparation of the annual plan, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Manage reinsurance contract renewals and monitor the reinsurance structure, identifying potential opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement management reports and provide actuarial analysis and advisory support to management.
- Present relevant data, insights, and observations to support business decision-making.




- Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations and internal management policies.
- Work proactively and independently, taking ownership of assigned projects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Degree in Actuarial Science or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis and data repository platforms and tools such as SQL, SPSS, Power BI, and GAUSS.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate technical analysis into clear business insights.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
