Bookkeeper (Remote, Latin America)

We're growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Bookkeeper to join our Accounting team, remotely, from anywhere in Latin America. What you'll do:

- Keep our financial records accurate, organized, and up to date
- Work hands-on with tools like QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Rippling to manage and track transactions
- Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to a team that supports each other
- Apply solid accounting fundamentals (U.S. GAAP) to keep our numbers compliant and reliable
- Partner closely with our Finance team and beyond, sharing ideas and helping us keep improving how we work

What you bring:

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Required: hands-on accounting experience with a manufacturer or distributor of product.



Experience limited to service-based businesses alone won't be a fit for this role, given the inventory and product-cost accounting this position involves
- Auditing experience is a great plus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required); experience with Bill.com and Rippling is a strong plus
- Fluent English, spoken and written, since you'll be collaborating daily with our U.S.-based team
- Sharp attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- A solid grasp of accounting principles and best practices
- Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- The ability to express ideas well, both verbally and in writing, and work collaboratively across the team
