IT Recruiter

GENTY Recruitment is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our international recruitment team.

We work with companies hiring talent across Latin America, primarily for technology and digital roles. We’re looking for a recruiter who can independently manage the full recruitment cycle — from understanding the client’s requirements and building a search strategy to interviewing candidates and successfully closing positions.

What you’ll do

- Manage IT jobs through the full recruitment cycle
- Communicate directly with international clients in English
- Conduct intake calls and understand technical and business requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies for different IT roles
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, Boolean Search, and other channels
- Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements
- Present qualified candidates to clients
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep information up to date in the ATS
- Work closely with the recruitment team and share sourcing and market insights

What we’re looking for

- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Experience managing vacancies through the full recruitment cycle
- Strong sourcing skills and practical knowledge of Boolean Search
- Good understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and terminology




- Understanding of current trends in the technology and IT talent market
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
- Ability to independently build and execute a sourcing strategy
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience communicating with hiring managers or clients
- English sufficient for direct communication with international clients and candidates
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously and work independently

Pay: From $750,000.00 per month
