About the Role

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to take ownership of a large-scale paid search program focused on personal injury cases throughout California.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll manage significant advertising budgets, optimize campaign performance, improve lead quality, and directly impact business growth.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead and optimize Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns

✅ Manage six-figure monthly advertising budgets

✅ Improve lead quality, conversion performance, and ROAS

✅ Develop bidding, keyword, testing, and budget allocation strategies





✅ Build reporting dashboards and provide strategic insights

✅ Implement tracking, attribution, and offline conversion systems

✅ Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities

✅ Drive performance through automation, analytics, and continuous optimization

What We're Looking For

Required

✔ 5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns

✔ Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets

✔ Direct Personal Injury Law Firm marketing experience (REQUIRED)

✔ Extensive knowledge of Google Local Services Ads (LSA)

✔ Experience with CallRail and call-tracking platforms

✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills

✔ Advanced English communication skills

Preferred

⭐ Experience with automation, Google Ads Scripts, SQL, APIs, or advanced reporting tools

⭐ Experience with Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
