HyperGuest builds the technology powering hotel and travel-partner connectivity for the international travel industry. We're growing fast, and we're hiring a Junior Account Manager to support our account management team as we expand.

The Role

As Junior Account Manager, you'll support the day-to-day relationship management of a portfolio of customer accounts, working closely with a senior Account Manager. You'll be a point of contact for routine account needs and help keep operations running smoothly across departments. This is a good entry point into travel-tech account management, with room to take on more account ownership as you build up experience.

Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day account relationships for a portfolio of customers, under guidance from a senior team member
- Monitor account performance (volume, revenue, contract values) and flag notable trends or issues to the team
- Maintain regular communication with accounts to support connectivity and identify potential opportunities




- Support the contracting process between travel partners and hotels and data accuracy
- Handle first-line customer service requests; escalate complex issues to senior Account Managers or other departments
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

- 1 year experience in travel, travel-tech, hotel online distribution, or a related customer-facing role
- Some exposure to sales or account management concepts
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working toward targets with support from the team
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Slides, Slack)
- Basic MS Excel skills, with willingness to build these up quickly
- Excellent English; other languages a plus
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Self-starter mindset
- Nice to have: exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar); familiarity with reading system logs
