We are seeking an experienced Deployment Lead to manage and coordinate end-to-end deployment and cutover activities for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will be responsible for ensuring a successful go-live by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and overseeing the execution of the overall cutover strategy.

This position requires strong experience with SAP S/4HANA deployments, stakeholder management, integration oversight, and go-live coordination within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate end-to-end cutover and deployment activities across multiple project teams and stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and govern the overall cutover plan and deployment strategy.

Coordinate integration, data migration, testing, readiness assessments, and go-live activities.

Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation processes related to deployment activities.

Drive client and stakeholder discussions to ensure deployment readiness.

Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, data migration, and business teams throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Monitor execution of cutover tasks and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.

Support hypercare planning and transition activities following go-live.





Provide status updates and deployment reporting to project leadership.

Work closely with delivery leadership to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Deployment Lead, Cutover Lead, Release Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience leading at least one SAP S/4HANA deployment and go-live.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and deployment processes.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex enterprise programs.
- Knowledge of integration architectures and integration management concepts.
- Experience working with data migration, testing, deployment readiness, and hypercare activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience supporting integration landscapes involving APIs, batch processes, and event-driven integrations.
- Previous experience in large-scale general transformation programs.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.

- English: Conversational level required (mandatory).
- 100% Remote.
