As a Procure to Pay Intern, you will work with the Indirect Materials and Services and Accounts Payable teams. You will provide support in responding to suppliers regarding inquiries about invoice payment dates for completed purchases, and assisting with invoice processing.

This is a paid internship. You will report to the IM&S; Team Lead and you will have an hybrid working schedule, with 4 home office days and 1 day at our office located in Martinez, Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities:

- Clarify inquiries with vendors and follow up on their deliveries




- Coordinate the resolution of internal user and vendor requests, providing ongoing support and updating requests on the support platform
- Focuse on assigned vendors or categories, accountable and responsible for the entire Requisition & Fulfillment (R&F;) processing
- Manage indirect materials and services (IM&S;) availability and resolve plant/region specific issues to ensure security of supply

Your professional profile requires:
- University degree in progress (Business Administration, International Trade and related fields)
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of relevant SAP procurement modules (desirable)
