About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced and highly organizedBilingual Accounting Specialistto join our growing team and support the accounting operations of multiple U.S. based businesses.The idóneo candidate has professional experience inaccounting, bookkeeping, and accounting software such as QuickBooks Online .This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and understands how to maintain accurate and organized financial records.You do not need to be a CPA. However, you should have a solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles and be comfortable working independently.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records.Perform bookkeeping and transaction categorization.Complete bank and credit-card reconciliations.Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Assist with billing and payment processing.Review transactions for accuracy.Maintain supporting financial documentation.Assist with payroll and payroll reconciliation.Assist with month-end accounting procedures.Maintain an organized Chart of Accounts.Assist with QuickBooks Online.Identify discrepancies and accounting errors.Communicate accounting questions or issues to management.Work with management,
