Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements
- Research available options and services
- Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements
- Coordinate booking requests and confirmations
- Review reservation information for accuracy
- Provide clients with relevant details and updates
- Assist with changes and special requests
- Maintain accurate client and booking documentation

Follow Up When Additional Information Is Required





- Communicate with service providers as necessary
- Provide ongoing client support throughout the process

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
