Role Description The Public accountant will provide accounting and tax support for real estate investment operations, client taxes, with a focus on clients based in or investing through Greater Buenos Aires. This full time role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements,



managing bookkeeping activities, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions related to property investments. The role includes handling tax preparation and compliance, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors, and supporting financial reporting and analysis for management and investors.

The professional will work primarily from the Greater Buenos Aires office, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks, maintaining clear communication with colleagues in other offices as needed.

Qualifications

- Experience with Tax Preparation and related compliance for individuals and businesses.
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is an advantage for cross-border collaboration.
