? What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at 360, you’ll be the go-to point of contact for our clients and the internal team—owning the customer journey from job request to completion. You’ll handle:

- Service Coordination: Schedule and manage job requests across multiple properties and services (Painting, Resurfacing, Make Ready, Housekeeping, etc.)
- Customer Communication: Answer inbound calls and emails from Property Managers and Maintenance teams, providing proactive updates and solutions
- Job Tracking: Monitor jobs in real-time using our proprietary digital board and CRM system, escalating issues when necessary to avoid delays
- Team Collaboration: Work with contractors, schedulers, field supervisors, and account managers to ensure jobs are delivered on time and meet our quality standards
- Issue Resolution: Quickly handle emergencies, contractor delays, or scope changes to minimize disruptions
- Performance Insights:



Ensure accurate record-keeping and contribute to company KPIs by keeping job statuses and notes up to date

✅ What You Bring to the Table

- 2+ years in a customer service or scheduling role (preferably in property management, construction, or service logistics)
- Strong customer orientation, communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage many moving parts
- Tech-savvy – comfortable working with scheduling software, CRM tools, and digital platforms
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must as you will be speaking with customers in the US.
