As a Data Analytics Insights Intern, you'll play an active role in helping Assurant's business partners make smarter, data-driven decisions. You'll work with modern analytics tools, build impactful dashboards and reports, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and learn how data powers business strategy. This is more than a traditional internship—it's an opportunity to contribute to projects that create real business value while developing highly sought-after skills in analytics, business intelligence, and data storytelling.What You'll Do:Create Value Through Data (60%)- Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.

- Develop engaging dashboards, reports, visualizations, and presentations that identify opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct research and build analytical studies that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Continuously improve existing analytical solutions using modern tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.Communicate Insights (20%)- Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Use data storytelling techniques to simplify complex information and influence decision-making.
- Build compelling business cases supported by analysis and evidence.
- Help promote a data-driven culture by educating both technical and non-technical audiences on analytics and reporting.Support Data Strategy (20%)- Contribute to enterprise-wide Data as a Product initiatives.
- Support data modeling, governance, and data quality best practices.




- Collaborate with analytics teams to improve data accessibility and usability.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in:




- Computer Science- Information Systems- Statistics- Mathematics- Business Analytics- Business Management- Or a related field- Completed at least the second year of undergraduate studies and currently in the third or fourth year of your program.
- Experience working with:
