We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with Java Spring expertise to join our team and work on an exciting financial services project! Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Java Spring / Spring Boot backend solutions
- Support and manage Spring-based applications deployed in cloud and Kubernetes environments
- Assist with operational and engineering tasks beyond coding, including automation and scripting
- Collaborate on infrastructure-related activities in AWS-based environments
- Participate in CI/CD workflows and assist with troubleshooting Kubernetes deployments
- Help maintain and troubleshoot Jenkins pipelines and related deployment processes
- Support GitLab repository and CI/CD administration tasks
- Adapt to changing client priorities and a variety of technical requests
- Collaborate with internal and client teams in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

- Strong experience in Java Spring / Spring Boot backend development
- Knowledge of DevOps tasks, automation, and scripting




- Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and workflows
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud concepts
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and Terraform
- Practical experience with GitLab, Jenkins pipelines, and CI/CD workflows
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to varied tasks

Desirable:

- Exposure to mixed environments requiring both development and operational tasks
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and infrastructure collaboration
- Previous experience in financial or related industries
- Comfortable working autonomously and learning new tools
