Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer based in Argentina to join our team on a remote engagement. The idóneo candidate will have 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience , strong hands-on expertise in Java and modern front-end development , and recent, demonstrable experience working with AI technologies .

This role requires an engineer who can work across the full technology stack, design and develop scalable applications, and work effectively with both relational and NoSQL data platforms.

Required Qualifications:

- 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Must be currently located in Argentina ; local candidates only.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and modern Java-based application development.
- Recent and demonstrable AI/Generative AI experience is required .
- Strong experience developing front-end applications using React .
- Experience with Svelte and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Strong experience with Cassandra and other NoSQL databases .
- Solid understanding of full-stack application architecture and development.
- Experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with software development best practices, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:





- Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI capabilities into production applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and containerization.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build robust backend services and APIs using Java .
- Develop responsive and maintainable user interfaces using React and Svelte .
- Design and optimize data solutions using Cassandra and other NoSQL technologies.
- Integrate and leverage AI/Generative AI capabilities within applications and business workflows.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
- Help evaluate and implement new technologies where appropriate.
