Who we are

Hello! We're Hyppo, a Growth Marketing agency that uses data to build digital strategies that drive scalable growth. We work with clients across Latin America and the United States, and we're expanding our Growth & Automation team.

This role is different: it's a joint position. You'll split your week between Hyppo and one of our partners, a company in technology, logistics and warehousing, working part-time in-plant, embedded in their team. You get the agency view across many clients and the operator view from inside one business. One seat, two teams, one career track.

What you'll do

- Split your week onsite across two teams: two days at Hyppo (Martínez) and two days in-plant at the partner (Nordelta), and one day from home.
- Learn the partner's business from the inside: operations, warehousing flows and the customer lifecycle.
- Build and maintain the dashboards and reports both teams run on.
- Connect data sources and help apply AI pipelines that turn them into scalable solutions.
- Turn data into actions: analyze, prioritize opportunities, and capture learnings into improvement loops.
- Help ship automated communication workflows (email,



WhatsApp, push) and watch them move real metrics.

Who we're looking for

- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Ownership mindset: you're accountable for the work and push it across the finish line.
- Startup culture: you bring ideas, engage, and constantly think about how to drive growth for clients and for Hyppo.
- Analytical and data-driven: you turn data into action.
- SQL and Looker are our daily routine. Great if you know them, but you can learn with us.
- Background in engineering; business administration or economics is a plus, not a requirement.
- Based in AMBA and able to commute to both Martínez and Nordelta.
