Head of Media (AI-Powered Beauty/Skincare Platform)

Remote | Contractor | Open to all of Latin America

We’re looking for someone to lead the content engine of a platform that combines skincare, education, community, and e-commerce, with an audience in the U.S., Latin America, and Spain.

This is not a technical production role—you won’t be recording or editing video. You’ll be organizing the people, ideas, and resources behind everything that gets published, reporting directly to the founders.

What you’ll do:

- Serve as the central link between Product, Growth, Partnerships, and the content team, turning requirements into clear creative briefs
- Lead in-house editors, freelancers, and agencies—without executing every piece yourself
- Write and guide hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs that drive real engagement
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts,



adapting (not simply reposting) content for each channel
- Use AI (avatars, voice, dubbing, clipping) to scale production without increasing costs

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years of experience leading high-volume, social-first content, with at least 3–4 years leading teams
- Strong copywriting skills: hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs—with real examples, not just theory
- Experience coordinating mixed teams (in-house + freelancers + agencies) simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or creator-led e-commerce
