WE’RE HIRING: EMPLOYMENT-BASED IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL (part time) ??⚖️

Our client, a Florida-based immigration law firm specializing in employment-based immigration is looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join its team. This is a long-term, part-time, fully remote position.

We are looking for someone who already understands U.S. immigration law and has hands-on experience supporting employment-based immigration matters:

- 5+ years of professional paralegal experience
- Minimum 2 years of U.S. immigration law experience
- Strong focus on employment-based immigration - MUST HAVE
- Hands-on experience preparing and managing employment-based immigration filings
- Strong knowledge of USCIS procedures, forms, documentation, deadlines, and case management
- Experience working with U.S.-based attorneys and law firms
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
- Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours

Experience with matters such as the following:
- H-1B petitions
- L-1 petitions
- O-1 petitions
- TN applications
- PERM labor certifications
- Prevailing Wage Determinations
- ETA-9089
- I-140 petitions




- EB-1
- EB-2 / NIW
- EB-3
- Employment-based Adjustment of Status
- RFEs and supporting evidence THE ROLE:

? Manage sophisticated immigration cases and filings

? Work closely with experienced U.S. immigration attorneys

We are specifically looking for an experienced immigration professional. General paralegal experience without meaningful employment-based U.S. immigration experience will not be sufficient for this role.
