We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support our efforts in Argentina. Required Skills

- Proven experience working as a CRA in Argentina

- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical research regulations

- Hands-on experience with site management and monitoring activities

- Ability to conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits

- Experience in regulatory and Ethics Committee documentation

- Skilled in investigator/site relationship management

- Proactive risk management and mitigation strategies

- Excellent communication, organizational,



and problem-solving skills

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities

- Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Nice To Have Skills

- Proficiency in Spanish (especially beneficial for Brazilian candidates)

- Experience in fast-paced, global clinical trial environments

Preferred Education And Experience

- A degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is preferred

- Approximately 1 year of relevant CRA experience in Argentina

Other Requirements

- Ability and willingness to travel as needed within the region

- Knowledge of local and international clinical research standards

- Commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance
